I made them for a recent family gathering, and they were a total hit.

Step 2:
Place a pan over heat and add ground meat.
Break it into small pieces, then season with taco seasoning.
After 3 1/2 minutes, drain some of the fat and continue to cook for 1 1/2 minutes more.
Cover the top with another wanton wrapper at a different angle.
Add another layer of ground meat, sliced jalapeno, green onion, and shredded cheese.
Let them cool for a few minutes.
Step 6:
Top each one with your favorite taco toppings.
