One of my go-to recipes is this Greek chicken byAmericas Test Kitchen.

Mix until well combined.
Add them to the marinade.
Toss the chicken until fully coated.
Cover it with plastic wrap and let it marinate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Step 3:
Place the chicken and excess marinade in an oven-proof skillet in a single layer.
Step 4:
Put the oven rack 6 inches from the broiler element.
Baste the chicken and broil for about 3 minutes until the chicken browns.
verify to keep an eye on it.
Transfer just the chicken to your serving plate.
Add a tablespoon of lemon juice to the juices in the pan and mix.
Spoon on top of the baked chicken.
