I practiced every day to improve my skills and learn more about this craft.
Ever since then, I explored other more complex patterns.
But this will always be one of my favorites.

If you are new to quilting, I suggest you start with this.
Its very easy, and the process is repetitive as it is just made from rectangles.
Keep on reading or watch the video below to learn how to sew an easy French braid quilt.
Next, cut 6 pieces of 2 1/2 x 6 1/2 strips from each jelly roll.
For the sashing, cut 14 pieces of 2 1/2 x WOF strips.
Keep doing it until you have sewn about 48 strips.
Each row should have a width of 6 1/2.
Once all rows are trimmed, add the 2 1/2 sashing strips along the length of the braid.
You have a lot of patterns to choose from to help you learn quilting in depth.
