you could also change the fabric into a lighter one to fit different seasons.
Cut down the fold.
You will get 2 strips of fabric that are about 22 inches wide.
You will just need one of the strips.
Cut off any excess.
Step 4:
Sew all the way down the length of the fabric.
Backstitch at the beginning and end to secure the stitches.
If you are working with a stretchy fabric, use a zigzag stitch.
Step 5:
Turn the tube inside out.
verify the seams are aligned.
Sew around the tube, backstitching at the beginning.
Stop about three inches before you get back to where you started.
Flip it right side out through the hole.
Hand stitch the hole closed.
