Its not a very easy project, but it sure is fun to sew.
I just made a table runner out of this block, and it turned out beautiful!

Read on or watch the video below for full instructions.
Place the 2 1/4 fabric B square on the tip at the top.
Then stash it up with the 1 3/4 x 3 3/4 and 1 3/4 x 2 1/4.
Next, add the 2 pieces of 2 1/2 x 6 1/2 background rectangles on the sides.
Sew the photo below for reference.
Step 3:
Sew them together.
Start with the top first to make the square.
Next, get the middle fabric A strip and fabric B square.
Place the square on one end right sides together, then sew diagonally from corner to corner.
Once done, trim off the excess, press it flat, and repeat for the other side.
check that to check the direction of the diagonals.
Once done, sew the end background strips to each side.
Step 4:
Sew the middle strip units to the bigger white strips.
After that, sew the left side to the small block on top.
Next, sew the body and the right side together.
Lastly, sew them together to make a block.
