As someone who loves documenting, I cant go out without my phone or camera.
Its been my hobby for as long as I can remember.
When I dont have a tripod, I ask my brother to take photos of me.

Ive even had instances where he zoomed in on my face, completely missing the view.
But I completely understand that it does take some practice to take nicephotographs.
You will learn the basics, the dos, and donts.
Just following these simple tips and tricks will improve your skills big time.
Place your subject on either the left one-third of the photo or the right one-third of the photo.
Have them facing one way or the other, and not directly toward the camera.
They should always be facing the middle.
Head placement
Do not place the face in the middle of the photo.
It should be on the top one-third line, where the two lines intersect.
Standing in front of a Viewpoint
Place the most important element on the other third line.
Imagine your subject is standing in front of a lavender field with a one stone house in the middle.
Avoid busy backgrounds
Avoid having busy backgrounds on the heads it will be a distraction.
Non-textured background
This is the time when you dont need to apply the rule of thirds.
Blur the background
Use the portrait option to blur the background.
