Drain the chickpeas and add them to a food processor.
Pulse until ground and set aside.
After this, chop the garlic, onion, and bell pepper and set them aside.
Lastly, shred the spinach, cabbage, and carrots and set them aside as well.
Heat a skillet and saute the chopped garlic, onion, and bell pepper until tender.
Mix everything together until combined.
Once done, remove from heat and allow to cool completely.

Now, make golf-sized balls and place them in a parchment paper-lined baking dish.
Place them in the preheated 350 degrees F oven and bake them for 45 to 50 minutes.
