Youd probably think of cornbread while eating these pancakes due to their distinct corn flavor.
They are crispy on the outside and soft inside!

They are easy to prepare, just like your regular pancakes.
Step 3:
Gently pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients while slowly whisking.
Gently whisk everything together just until combined.
Do not overmix it.
Step 4:
Place a pan over low heat and add some oil.
Once hot, add a ladle of the mixture and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
After that, flip it and cook the other side for another 3 to 4 minutes until golden brown.
check that to keep an eye on them as they can burn easily.
Step 5:
Once done cooking, transfer to your serving plate.
Add a sliced butter on top and let it melt.
Drizzle syrup on top and serve.
