I love making meals using chicken.

I made it for dinner, and it turned out amazing.
I never thought chicken meatballs could be this juicy!
Its not dry at all.
I also thought it would be under-seasoned, but I was wrong.
It was cheesy and flavorful!
You will definitely love making this recipe at home as its super easy.
It can also be a great appetizer or for meal prep just serve it with your favorite dip.
This will surely be on our weekly dinner rotation.
Using your hands or spatula, mix all ingredients until just combined.
confirm not to over work the meat otherwise you will get dry meatballs.
Step 3:
Portion the meatballs using a small scoop or tablespoon.
Shape each one into balls.
Step 4:
Spray your baking tray with some olive oil.
Place the meatballs to the prepared tray in a single layer about 1/2 to 1 inch apart.
Step 5:
Generously spray olive oil on top of all meatballs.
check that not to overcook them.
Immediately remove from the oven as soon as you see them browning.
The meatballs should be juicy and soft.
