Set 9 slices aside, and the remaining on a different plate.
Next, cut the remaining kiwis into cubes and transfer to a bowl.
Step 2:
Blend the kiwis in the bowl until smooth, then put in a saucepan.
Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and mix until well incorporated.
Place over heat and let it simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Once done, let it cool down completely.
