I couldnt believe that I only tried this now.
Its so delicious and filling!

I made it at home, and my whole family loved it.
Its definitely one of the best recipes you might make with leftover holiday ham.
It will make a delicious meal for lunch or dinner.
Once boiling, add the orzo and cook for 10 minutes.
Keep moving it until cooked.
Drain, lightly rinse, then set aside.
Step 2:
Place a skillet over medium heat.
Add olive oil and chopped onions.
Saute until slightly translucent.
Next, add the celery and flour.
Lower the heat to a simmer and place the lid.
Let it cook for about 5 to 6 minutes.
Mix everything until well combined.
Step 5:
Spray the dish with nonstick spray, then transfer the mixture.
Add more cheese, and sprinkle cayenne pepper if preferred.
It should be a little bubbly on the edges.
