This homemade dip is always a hit whenever I serve it at a party.
Everyone just couldnt get enough of how delicious it is.
It will take about 8 to 10 minutes.
Set aside the crispy bacon, then pour the rendered bacon fat through a strainer into a medium-sized bowl.
Step 3:
Add the ground beef and flatten it out to make a large disk.
Cool it untouched for 3 minutes.
Set aside in the bowl with bacon.
Season lightly with salt, then saute for 3 to 4 minutes.
This will allow the cheese to melt without it sticking or burning.
It will take about 25 to 30 minutes to fully melt.
Step 9:
Stir in tomatoes and jalapenos.
Step 10:
Pour the beer, lime juice, green onions, and cilantro.
