Once done, press them open.
Next, sew the rows together with a quarter of an inch seam allowance, then press open.
Step 2:
Cut off 1 1/2 inches.
Line up your ruler with the center line, so the inch-and-a-quarter line is actually on your seam.
Turn it around, place your ruler on the seam line again, and cut another.
Repeat it two more times, turning and cutting.
Step 3:
Take the centerpiece from the top and move it to the center-right.
Take the one on the center-right and put it to the bottom.
Get the bottom and move it to the left, then move the center-left piece to the top.
Sew them in rows first, then press them open.
Once done, sew the rows together to make the four-patch block.
