After sewing, cut off the excess.
Now, fold it in half, finger press, then line up your remaining triangles on both sides.
Sew them, then square them up to make a 6 square.
Now, take your colored square and your white strips.
After this, do the exact same thing but with the opposite colors.
Clip on the seams to see to it theyre aligned, then draw a line on a diagonal.
Mark a 1/4 on both sides of the center.
Sew down both of those lines, then cut right on the center.
Lay the blocks according to the free pattern to complete the quilt top.
