Mix everything well to combine.
Heat a large pan over medium-high, spray some cooking oil, then add the ground beef.

Once the meat is browned, add the diced onions and cook everything for another five to six minutes.
Once the onions turn translucent, add the seasoned tomato sauce, and mix everything well.
Cook it for another minute.
(Taste test at this point.)
Now, add the cheese wedges and stir them in with the beef.
Cook for three minutes or until the cheese has melted and fully incorporated.
Finally, add the grated mozzarella and mix everything well.
After cooling them, its time to assemble the burrito.
Wrap it tightly with aluminum foil and set aside.
Repeat this until you have six burritos.
Place them in a freezer ziplock bag and freeze them for up to three months.
