Once the butter melted, add the chicken thighs.
Season each with 1 tbsp chicken seasoning.
Fry each side for six to eight minutes or until browned nicely.
(Season the other side of the chicken as well once you flip them.)
Then, freshly grate 1/2 cup worth of parmesan over the veggies.
Toss everything well to combine, then serve topped with the chicken and some green olives.
