The crust is made from Oreos, and the filling is a combination of cheesecake and chocolate.
Put the Oreo cookies in a food processor and blend until fine.

Transfer to a bowl and add butter.
Mix until well combined.
Press the crumbs using a spoon to make the crust.
Put in the freezer for 30 minutes.
Step 3:
Make the filling.
Chop the chocolate into pieces, put it in a microwave-safe bowl, and melt.
Set aside and let it cool slightly.
Step 4:
Add cream cheese into a bowl and which on lowest speed just until creamy.
Next, add the sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and salt.
Mix until well combined.
Step 5:
Add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese mixture and mix everything.
Step 6:
In a different bowl, add 2 eggs and lightly whisk them.
Add to the cheese mixture and fold together with a spatula.
Divide the batter evenly into the muffin pan.
Once done, remove from the oven and cool completely before placing in the fridge for min 8 hours.

Remove the cheesecake from the pan using a knife or offset spatula.
Peel the liners and place them on a serving plate.
Drizzle melted chocolate on top and sprinkle chocolate servings.
