You need 1 cup of the juice.

Step 2:
Line a plate with a paper towel and place all 10 pineapple slices.
Do the same with 10 cherries.
Beat well until well combined.

Grease jumbo-size muffin pans and grease them with cooking spray.

Step 5:

Place a cookie sheet on top and flip it over to remove the muffins from the pan.
Gently remove the muffin pan.
