The sauce, chicken, and pita dough together are just a wonderful combination.

Step 2:
Place chicken into a bowl.
Mix until well incorporated, then cover it with cling wrap.
Refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
Step 3:
In a large frying pan or wok, add oil and marinated chicken.
Cook over medium heat for about 25 to 30 minutes.
Once done, remove it from the heat and let it cool.
Step 4:
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sriracha, and ketchup.
Step 5:
Pour the sriracha-mayo sauce over the chicken and mix until well-coated.
Cover it and set it aside.
If foam and bubbles form within 5 to 10 minutes the yeast is alive and active.
Next, add 4 cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of salt, and 2 tablespoons of oil.
Knead the mixture for 5 to 10 minutes.
Form it into a ball and pour 1 tablespoon of oil.
Cover it with plastic and leave it until it doubles in size.
Step 7:
Remove the air from the dough and transfer it to a floured surface.
Flatten the dough using a rolling pin, then using a fork, poke small holes all over it.
Step 8:
Cut out small circles on the dough, then cover it with plastic.
Step 9:
Place a skillet over medium-high heat and grease.
Cook the mini pita bites until lightly browned on both sides.
Fold and serve with tea.
