I am a big fan of this pattern as its easy and quick to make.
Yes, it is simple, even though it may not look like it.
With the template, it’s possible for you to finish the quilt in just a day.

Set aside the half.
Step 2:
Remove the light rectangle.
Place the template on top of the medium and dark rectangles and cut the sides to make rhombus shapes.
Step 3:
Take the light rectangle.
Place the template with the bigger triangle on the fabric with the edge aligned on the middle line.
Cut the sides to make a triangle.
Flip the template and cut the triangle on the remaining fabric.
Step 4:
Repeat steps 1 to 3 for the other square.
Step 5:
Arrange the pieces just like in the photo below.
Repeat and connect the squares together.
Step 6:
Sew them row by row.
Once the rows are done, sew the rows together to form the blocks.
Step 7:
Cut the pointed top straight with a ruler, then add the border.
