I was hesitant at first too, but Jenny Doan made it super easy.

The instructions are very clear you will not have a hard time making this block.

The mothers choice remake quilt has three blocks center, corner, and side.

All three blocks are easy to make and are just a combination of the basic blocks.

Easy Mother’s Choice Remake Quilt

You will just need to makeflying geese blocksand half-square triangles and snowball some of the corners.

It is that easy.

This vintage quilt pattern is also known as Dove in the Window, Fringed Square, and Laurel Wreath.

How to Make Mother’s Choice Remake Quilt

Place them right sides together and sew a 1/4 on one side.

Once done, trim off the excess and press it open.

You need four of this corner block.

Step 3:

Make the first flying geese.

Take one 4 1/2 x 2 1/2 rectangle and two 2/1 dark squares.

Sew one square diagonally on one end right side together, then trim off excess and press it open.

Repeat to the other side.

You need four pieces of this flying geese to block.

Step 4:

Make the second flying geese.

Repeat step 3 but swap the colors.

You also need four pieces of this second flying geese.

Step 5:

Sew the first and second flying goose blocks together to make an arrow pattern.

Add the corner blocks to the corners.

Sew them in rows first, once done sew all rows together.
