Turns out, these brownies are perfectly tangy, sweet, chewy and just downright delicious.
For best results, use a candy thermometer and heat to 230.
Allow the syrup to cool.
You will have extra after you make the brownies, which is great.
You will be ready to make more!
I did this in 30-second increments, stirring in between.
Do not cook for several minutes or you risk burning the white chocolate.
Once thats thoroughly combined together, mix in your flour until thoroughly incorporated.
Pour the batter in a greased 8x8 baking dish.
Bake for about 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
Leave as is or top with frosting once its cooled off.
Then, its ready to serve!
