It is one of my familys comfort recipes, so I make this almost every day.
I cant blame them though this garlic potato pide tastes so good.

Try this recipe today and see for yourself.
Mix well and cover it for ten minutes.
After this, divide the dough into four equal sizes, then shape each into a ball.
Mix and roughly smash into small pieces.
Press both ends to seal.
Repeat these steps for the rest of the dough balls.
Once done, divide the potato filling on each pide, and add shredded mozzarella cheese on top.

Place the pieces in the baking tray and cover for 30 minutes.
