I recently created my own vegetable garden in my backyard.

Add two teaspoons of chili pepper and mix until well combined.
Transfer to a spray bottle.
Mix well, then let it sit for about an hour or more.
This will allow the oils from the garlic to permeate the water.
After an hour, transfer it to a spray bottle.

In a container, combine one cup of canola oil and one gallon of water.
Put it in a spray bottle or watering can.
Note:see to it to test these solutions first by spraying a small amount on a plant.
