Whisk well, then turn on the heat.

Whisk continuously and bring it to a boil.
Add 1/2 tbsp vanilla essence, a pinch of salt, and 2/3 cup of unsalted butter.
Cook on medium heat for two to three minutes, then let it cool for five minutes.
After it cools down, pour it over the crushed biscuits.
Mix and confirm the biscuits are coated well.
Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
While waiting, make the chocolate ganache.
In a bowl, combine the crushed dark chocolate and cream.
Microwave it for 90 seconds and mix well.
Pour half of it over the biscuit cake and spread it evenly.
Cover it with a cling wrap and refrigerate for three to four hours.
