Mix until well combined.
Mix until it forms into a dough.
Step 4:
Add the softened butter and fold until well incorporated.
Knead the dough for 8 to 10 minutes until the dough turns smooth.
Step 6:
After an hour, massage the dough lightly and remove the gas inside.
Place on a lightly floured surface and stretch it into a long piece.
Divide the dough into pieces.
Get one of the pieces, pinch the ends, and roll it.
Place it in a coated pan.
Repeat with the remaining pieces.
Cover them and ferment for 40 to 50 minutes.
Cook for 11 to 13 minutes.
Once done, fire up the lid and turn it upside down.
Place the lid again and cook for 5 to 7 minutes more.
Step 8:
Once done baking, remove from the pan and serve warm.
