I am pretty sure this dessert recipe will be a crowd favorite.
Its worth it, trust me.
I was so surprised when I tried it for the first time.
Everything is just perfect.
I love that every layer has different flavors and they all blend well together.
Its not overly sweet because of the cream cheese.
I highly suggest you try this at home.
Fill a big container with hot water and place the bowl with the chocolates.
Let them sit for about 4 to 5 minutes.
Set aside to cool.
Step 2:
Add 2 cups of heavy cream into a bowl.
Beat until soft peaks.
Add the cream cheese, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt.
Beat until stiff peaks form.
Divide the mixture into 2.
Step 3:
Add the melted chocolate into one of the mixture.
Beat until well combined.
Transfer to a piping bag.
Press down with the back of the spoon.
For the second layer, add the chocolate cheesecake mixture.
Freeze for about 15 to 20 minutes.
Step 5:
Transfer the cream cheese mixture to a piping bag.
After 15 to 20 minutes, add a layer of the cream cheese mixture.
Step 6:
Chop the remaining chocolates and place on a heat proof bowl.
Add 2/3 cup of hot heavy cream, then let it sit for about 5 minutes.
Step 7:
Once the mixture is cooled, pour on top of the layers.
Freeze for 2 hours.
