Stir together until the texture looks like wet sand.

Add this to a greased springform tin lined with parchment paper, then press the mixture down.

Place this in the fridge to chill.

Making the biscuit base for the pineapple cream cake

In another bowl, add 1 & 1/3 cups of sweetened condensed milk and 1/2 cup of lemon juice.

Stir together, then add a 400g can of crushed pineapple and mix it in.

Next, beat 1 & 1/4 cups of whipping cream in a bowl until soft peaks form.

Transferring the pineapple cream cake mixture to the springform tin

Add the whipped cream to the pineapple mixture and gently fold to combine.

Pop it into the fridge for at least three to four hours or until its firm and set.
