Mix until well combined.
Step 2:
Transfer the crumb mixture to the bottom of a 9 by 9 baking dish.
Spread evenly and press down with a spoon to form an even crust.
Once done, place it inside the refrigerator while you make the pineapple cream filling.
Mix until well combined.
Next, add 1 to 2 cups of powdered sugar, then mix again.
Step 5:
Add 8 oz of cool whip and mix until well combined.
Step 6:
Take the crust from the refrigerator.
Place in the refrigerator and chill for a few hours or overnight.
Step 7:
Slice and serve chilled.
