This no-bake soft and fluffy cheese bread byQiong Cookingwill surprise you!
Its one of the best bread I have ever made at home.
Dont worry if you dont have an oven, as you could make this recipe with just your stovetop.

Whisk until well combined.
Set it aside and let it rest for 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Knead the dough with your hands until its medium firm.
Cover it with plastic and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Let the dough rise for about an hour until it doubles in size.
Step 5:
After an hour, poke the dough.
If it doesnt spring back, its ready.
Place it on your work surface and fold it a few times.
Form into an oval and divide into 16 small pieces about the same size.
Instantly cover the dough with plastic wrap after dividing.
Step 6:
Take one of the dough and roll it.
Fold it several times, then roll it again.
Fold it in half and roll it it should be thick in the middle and thin on the sides.
Add the mozzarella cheese and pinch the dough to close.
Roll and press it with both palms.
Place it on a mat covered with plastic wrap.
Repeat for the remaining dough.
Step 8:
Place a pan over low heat.
Put the dough circles directly in the pan without oil.
Cover it with the lid and cook for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
Flip them, cover them again, and cook the other side for 5 minutes more.
Turn off the heat and cover for 3 minutes so they wont shrink back.
