Mix all the ingredients, then stir in the water.

The mixture will have a thick and sticky mixture.

After 3 hours, the mixture will be puffy and bubbly.

Transfer the dough to a floured surface.

Fold it over about 12 times using a scraper.

Add about 2 tablespoons of flour so it doesnt stick.

Cut the dough into 8 pieces with a scraper.

Flour your hands and shape each into a ball by folding and tucking.

Cover it with a dish towel.

Set it aside at room temperature for about 35 minutes.
