This is the no-knead soft and fluffy milk bread byQiong Cookingon Youtube.
Its super delicious perfect with coffee or hot chocolate in the morning.
What I love most about this recipe is that its very easy to make and not complicated at all.

Stir until well combined.
Mix until sticky and a dough forms.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a chopping board and let it rest for about 20 minutes.
Step 3:
Remove the cover and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the dough.
Mix until well incorporated.
Cover again and proof for about 1 hour.
Step 4:
Flour your workspace, then transfer the dough.
Fold it to make a rectangular shape dough, then divide it into 6 parts.
Step 5:
Form each part into balls.
Get one ball and flatten it, then cut it into 4 parts.
Do the same for the remaining 5 big balls.
Cover the muffin pan and final proof for about 40 minutes.
Step 6:
Spread milk on top of the dough.
Place in the oven and bake at 365 degrees F for about 15 minutes.
After baking, spread butter on top.
Transfer the muffins to a cooling rack and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
