When I made these dinner rolls at home, everyone was so impressed and asked me for the recipe.
They could not believe I just made them.
You dont need a stand mixer or a handheld mixer.
It will still come out delicious even if you mix it by hand!
Try these no-knead dinner rolls; I am sure it will become your go-to recipe.
you’re free to also use a bowl and a handheld mixer.
Mix and set aside for 8 to 10 minutes.
Step 3:
Add the salt, white granulated sugar, and egg.
Whisk on low speed until just combined.
Step 4:
Add the yeast mixture to the flour, then mix on low speed.
While mixing, add the melted butter.
Step 5:
Change into the hook attachment and mix until it forms into a ball.
Flour your work surface, then place the dough.
Turn it around several times until its not sticky.
Place in a greased bowl, then flip it over.
Cover with a damp tea towel.
Place in a cold oven and let it rise for an hour.
Do not turn on the oven.
Step 6:
Punch it a few times to release air bubbles.
Transfer to your work surface.
Form into balls of the same size.
Place in a baking dish lined with aluminum foil.
Cover with a tea towel and place back in the cold oven.
Let them rise for 35 minutes.
Step 7:
Brush the top of the rolls with melted butter.
Bake at 400F preheated oven for 20 to 22 minutes.
Brush butter on top again.
Let them sit in the pan for 5 minutes, then serve.
