While browsing Youtube the other day, I bumped into this no-roll and press-in crust pie fromKen Haedrich.
This recipe just made my life so much easier!

Put the lid on and give it a quick mix to combine.
After this, add 2 1/2 tbsp cold water evenly over the mixture.
Spread it around evenly and make a thick berm around the sides.
(see to it to square off the bottom crease where the pan folds are.)
Refrigerate the pie shell for at least an hour before using it.
