Stir the ingredients well, then set aside.

Whisk all dry ingredients together until well combined.

Add the oats into your cookie dough until well incorporated.

Place in the preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes.

Once done, allow it to cool completely.

If it is too thick, add more milk.

It should hold its shape for just a second before dissolving back into the mixture.

Pull it straight out and place it on a cooling rack to set.

Let it sit for a few hours at room temperature for the icing to set completely.
