This dish is great for gatherings or big families as it can feed 6 to 8 people.
This casserole dish is super easy to make since you will be puff pastry.
We already had this for breakfast several times, and it is always a hit.
Even the kids will surely enjoy this dish.
It is packed with cheese and meat definitely a must-try.
Step 2:
In a large bowl, mix eggs and cream together.
Pour the egg mixture, then top with another 6 slices of cheese.
Roll out the other puff pastry on top.
Step 5:
Pinch the puff pastry together and brush the top with egg wash.
Using a fork, score holes on top.
Step 6:
Place inside the oven and bake at 400F for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Once done baking, let it sit for 10 minutes before cutting.
