Preheat your oven to 350F.
Step 2:
Aerate the flour before measuring by stirring it with a spoon.
Next, add the sugar, powdered cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
Gently stir until mixed.
Step 5:
Transfer the mixture to the prepared pan and place inside the preheated oven.
Bake for 30 minutes.
To test whether its done, take a toothpick and insert it in the middle.
If it comes out clean, the cake is done.
Let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes.

In a tall bowl, add all the frosting ingredients except for the milk.
