Once the butter melts, add the chopped sausage and cook it for five minutes until brown.
After five minutes, add the chopped bell peppers, and chopped yellow onion.
Raise your heat to high and bring it to a boil.
As it comes to a boil, add 2 cups of white uncooked long-grain rice.
Mix it, turn the heat to low, and place the lid on.
Cook for twenty minutes.
Now, sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top along with freshly chopped parsley.
