So, why not make your own chips at home?
It is actually easy to do.
Heres an oven baked zucchini chips recipe bySkinny Ms.for you.
you might even customize the flavor based on your preference.
If you want them to be spicy, add smoked paprika or your preferred spicy seasoning.
you might also use a mandoline to make the cutting easier.
Mix until well combined.
Step 3:
Add 3 tablespoons of milk in a bowl.
Step 4:
Dip the zucchini slices into the milk, then coat with the breading mixture.
Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
ensure they are just in one layer and add spaces in between each piece.
Step 5:
Place inside the oven and bake for 15 minutes on each side at 475F.
Step 6:
Sprinkle cheese on top and serve.
