Vinegar is added to stuffed eggs to balance the rich flavor of the yolk and mayo.
It is an easy breakfast or brunch recipe that anyone can make at home.
Step 2:
Once the eggs are cooked, remove the shell and slice it in half.
Remove the yolks and add them to a food processor.
Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and mayo.
Mix until well combined.
Step 3:
In a pan over heat, add the breakfast sausage and cook until browned.
Mix a couple of spoonfuls into the mixture.
Step 4:
Transfer the mixture to a plastic bag, then cut off a corner.
Squeeze the filling into the egg whites.
Step 5:
Insert a sliced bacon, then top with pancake crumble.
