Mix again until smooth and well incorporated.
Step 4:
Transfer the cream cheese mixture to the pie crust and spread it evenly.
Cover the top by sprinkling pecans over the cream cheese mixture.
Step 5:
Get a medium bowl, and beat 3 eggs until blended.
Add corn syrup and brown sugar, then mix again.
Step 6:
Slowly pour the mixture over the pecans.
Place the pie crust onto a lined sheet pan to avoid any spillage.
It should not jiggle in the center.
If it does, place it back inside the oven and bake for another few minutes until set.
