They turned out crispy, crunchy, and delicious.
These crisp shortbread cookies are packed with chopped toasted pecans and have a melt-in-your-mouth texture that youll surely love.
I bet youll make these cookies again and again once you try them.
They are the perfect treat for this holiday or any time of the year.
Bake them at 350F for about 6 minutes or until fragrant.
After 3 minutes, move them around to ensure even toasting.
Set it aside and let it cool.
Add salt, powdered sugar, and granulated sugar.
Mix on medium speed until it becomes a paste.
ensure to scrape the sides of the bowl if needed.
Step 3:
Add the vanilla and flour.
Beat on low speed until almost combined.
Add the nuts and mix again on low until well incorporated.
