Easy Ramen Eggs Ingredients

These delicious soft-boiled eggs are also known as Ajitsuke Tamago or Ajitama in Japanese.

You will get these mostly in Japanese ramen restaurants in your area.

How to Make Ramen Eggs

Try this recipe I am sure you will be blown away by how good these eggs turned out.

Place it over medium heat, mix until the sugar dissolves, then bring it to a boil.

Step 3:

When the water is boiling on the other pot, add the cold eggs.

Boil for 7 minutes.

Roll them gently with chopsticks so egg yoks stay centered.

Once done, transfer the eggs into an ice bath and let them sit for 15 minutes.

Step 4:

After 15 minutes, peel the shell from the eggs.

Pour the marinade over the eggs, see to it they are fully submerged.

Remove the air from the plastic bag then seal it.

Place in the refrigerator for 8 hours.

Slice and serve enjoy!
