Upgrading your drywall anchors is the key to solving this issue!

Remove the old anchor.
Use the drywall anchors as shown below.
Step 2:
Carefully drill the drywall anchors to the existing holes.
Adjust it to your preferred height.
When you are happy with the placement, simply mark it.
Predrill a 1/2 hole in your wall.
Use the template to mark the holes.
check that to level it.
Insert the heavy-duty anchors.
it’s crucial that you tip it so it fits into the hole.
Take the holder machine and cinch it up tight.
It should be a secure fastener on the front and back of the wall.
Simply break the long piece off.
Install it according to the package instructions.
