Its easy to make and comes together very quickly.
The only hard part is waiting for the fudge to chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Start by melting all the ingredients together except for the pistachios using the double boiler method.
Next, fold in the pistachios and transfer to your pan.
Add more pistachios on top and all thats left to do is let it chill in the refrigerator.

Once simmering, turn the heat to low and place a large bowl over the pot.
confirm the bowl doesnt touch the water.
Mix until smooth and well combined.
Step 3:
Add pistachios to the mixture, then fold with a silicone spatula.
Step 4:
Line a baking pan with parchment paper and transfer the mixture.
Spread evenly with a spatula.
Sprinkle more pistachios on top and gently press into the fudge.
Step 5:
Place in the refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
Remove the fudge from the fridge and take off the parchment paper.
Place the fudge on the cutting board.
Cut into smaller pieces using the scored lines as the guide.
Wipe the knife with a wet kitchen towel after each cut.
