Once hot, add the chicken pieces and stir for 30 seconds.

Season with salt and white pepper powder.
Stir fry on high heat for around 2 to 3 minutes.
Remove from the wok and set aside on a plate.
Step 3:
In the wok and oil, add the chopped garlic and ginger.
Saute for 15 seconds, then add sliced carrots and bell peppers.
Mix and fry on high heat for about 1 minute before adding the broccoli florets.
Season with a pinch of salt and 1/4 teaspoon of pepper powder.
Mix and continue stir-frying on high heat for about 2 minutes.
Step 4:
Add the chicken pieces and mix.
Cook for 1 minute on high heat.
Step 6:
Add the slurry and sesame oil to the chicken and vegetables.
