Next, cut the bottom part (on the last line).

The curves should connect all the way around.
Repeat for the other pieces.
Step 4:
Cut the curves on the top and bottom parts using a sharp scissor.
Step 5:
Remove the label from the small plastic bottle then cut the bottom part.
Draw several vertical lines on the bottom edge, then cut them.
Fold each one outward.
Heat on each fold using a soldering iron to secure it in place.
Step 7:
Insert the neck of the big bottle into the small bottle.
Use a soldering iron to secure it in place.
Next, make a hole in the center of the caps of the small bottles.
Step 8:
Spray-paint everything with your preferred color, then let it dry.
Next, outline the curves with black paint.
Step 10:
Fill the pots with soil and plant your flowers.
