Slowly simmer for about 2 hours.

Make the bechamel sauce.

In a pan, add the butter and all-purpose flour.

Stir and cook for a few minutes.

Next, add the milk while continuously stirring.

Keep stirring until the sauce slightly thickens.

For the first layer, add the chopped tomatoes and 3 teaspoons of olive oil.
