Once done, cut it into 4 pieces.
Season both sides with salt and ground black pepper.
Step 2:
Slice the butter into small pieces.
Get a pan and put the butter.
Melt it over medium heat.
Once melted, place the salmon and fry for 3 to 4 minutes or until slightly brown.
Flip them over and cook for another 3 to 4 minutes.
Step 3:
Pour the 2/3 cup of white wine and put the lemon zest.
Cut the lemon in half and pour two tablespoons of lemon juice into the pan.
Next, add the cream and cook the salmon in the sauce for 3 minutes.
Once done, remove it from the pan and place it on a plate.
Do not pour the sauce yet, and do not turn off the heat.
Step 4:
Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the sauce and season with salt and pepper.
Keep it cooking with occasional stirring until it thickens.
Finely chop two tablespoons of parsley and add to the sauce.
Let it boil, then pour over the salmon.
