If you have leftover rice, this is the perfect recipe for it.
It is customizable, so if you dont have all the ingredients in hand, that is okay.

Once hot, add the sausage slices and cook until browned.
Next, add the peppers, and mix.
Step 3:
Add minced garlic and continuously stir to avoid burning.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Transfer to a bowl.
Step 4:
In the same pan, add the shrimp and season with creole seasoning.
Coo until no longer pink.
Transfer to a bowl.
Mix then bring to a simmer.
Lower the heat then add the paprika and cayenne pepper.
Let it come to a soft boil.
Step 6:
Add the rice, sausage, and veggies.
Mix to combine, then cook for a minute.
Pour the remaining chicken broth and stir.
Cook for a few minutes, then mix in the shrimp.
Step 7:
Serve and enjoy!
